During this pilot project, the goal was to develop easy-to-replicate financial instruments – a working capital loan and a guarantee for such.
Public institutions are ready to explore new instrument development in order to enhance energy efficiency market. Another important lesson learned was that there are always more tools and solutions to implement to contribute to market development, but there must be an initiative and demand from the private sector.
