The Jožef Stefan Institute Energy Efficiency Centre has expertise in energy efficiency, strategic planning, the analysis of energy development, renewable energy sources and research and training.
Their centre is the key actor for the development, collection and transfer of knowledge about efficient resource management at the intersection of energy consumers, state, energy providers, equipment and services providers, and other stakeholders due to our holistic approach including energy, environmental and business aspects of energy consumption and transformation.
They focus on strategic energy planning and policymakers support, which is primarily oriented to fields of energy efficiency, RES, reduction of GHG emissions and reduction of air pollutants.
